Terms of Service
Last updated April 29, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Atmita ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Atmita is an AI-powered automation platform that helps users create and manage automated workflows, AI agents, and related tools. The Service includes web-based applications, AI chat assistants powered by third-party providers, voice transcription, image and media generation, web search capabilities, scheduled automations, stored memories and logs, and integrations with third-party services (such as Gmail, GitHub, Google Calendar, and others).
Service Modifications
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service over time. We aim to provide reasonable notice before making changes that meaningfully reduce the functionality available under a paid subscription. This does not apply to minor updates, bug fixes, or changes required for security or legal compliance.
User Accounts
To use the Service, you must sign in using a supported third-party authentication provider (currently Google or Apple). The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your linked authentication account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
- Abuse AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
- Store or use credentials, API keys, or connected accounts that you do not have authority to use
- Use connected integrations to violate the terms or policies of those third-party services
Usage Limits
The Service is subject to usage limits based on your plan or tier. Limits may include chat credits within a rolling time window, daily automation credits, image-generation usage, and other credit-based limits. Some tasks may consume more credits depending on complexity, provider cost, or whether they use image generation or other heavier processing.
Current limits and usage are displayed within the app. We may update limits over time for reliability, abuse prevention, provider cost changes, or plan changes.
Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed by MyFatoorah, a licensed payment gateway operating in the Middle East and North Africa region. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to MyFatoorah's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges each billing period using the payment method or saved card token maintained through MyFatoorah. You may cancel at any time from the Settings page; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the app.
Failed payments may be retried. If payment cannot be completed, we may keep your subscription in a past-due state, limit paid features, or downgrade access according to the app's billing logic. Paid upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and scheduled plan changes are handled through the app and may take effect immediately or at the next billing period depending on the action shown to you.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us at support@atmita.com. Prices are listed in USD. Our payment processor settles in Kuwaiti dinar (KWD); the converted amount on your card statement may vary with exchange rates.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Atmita and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Content you create using the Service remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use your content as necessary to provide the Service, including sending relevant content to AI providers, integration providers, infrastructure providers, and connected third-party services at your direction.
AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence provided by third-party providers (currently including Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate content, automate tasks, generate images and cover images, transcribe voice messages, perform web searches, and operate tools. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before relying on them
- AI, image, audio, web-search, and tool outputs may be blocked, filtered, modified, or refused to comply with provider policies, our policies, or applicable law
- Generated images, transcripts, search results, tool results, and automation outputs may be stored by the Service so the product can work across sessions
- We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
- Your use of AI features is also subject to the terms and policies of the underlying AI providers
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate. These currently include, but are not limited to:
- AI providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI) for AI processing, image generation, transcription, and related features
- Composio for third-party account integrations, OAuth flows, and credential storage for connected services like Gmail, GitHub, Google Calendar, and others
- Supabase for data storage and authentication
- Google Cloud for backend infrastructure
- MyFatoorah for payment processing and card-token based renewals
- Resend for transactional email
- Analytics, IP lookup, and geolocation providers for product analytics, debugging, abuse prevention, and dashboard reporting
We may change, add, or remove third-party providers at any time. Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Third-Party Integrations and Stored Credentials
The Service allows you to connect your accounts on third-party services (such as Gmail, GitHub, Google Calendar, Slack, and others) to enable automations and AI-driven actions. By connecting a third-party account, you:
- Authorize Composio, our integration provider, to access that account on your behalf using the permissions you grant during the OAuth flow
- Acknowledge that OAuth credentials for those accounts are stored by Composio on its infrastructure, not by us
- Acknowledge that API-key, bearer-token, or similar integration credentials you provide may be stored by Composio when needed for that integration
- Acknowledge that API keys, usernames, passwords, or other credentials you save directly in Atmita may be stored by us and retrieved by AI tools or automations at your direction
- Accept that actions performed on connected accounts (sending emails, creating events, etc.) are executed at your direction and are your responsibility
- Agree that your use of connected services remains subject to those services' own terms and policies
You can disconnect third-party accounts and remove saved credentials from Settings where supported. You are responsible for ensuring that any account, credential, or API key you provide is one you are authorized to use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atmita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
In no event shall Atmita's total aggregate liability exceed fifty US dollars ($50).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atmita and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also stop using the Service at any time by signing out.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to keep before termination. We may delete your stored data after a reasonable period following termination. To request data deletion, contact us at support@atmita.com.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.
Legal Entity
The Service is operated by شركة أنيماث لتصميم وبرمجة البرمجيات الخاصة (Animath Software Design & Development Co.), registered in Kuwait.
